TERRIBLE customer service!!! My father and I went in to look for a new belt for our lawn mower... the guy at the front sends us to the back desk where we waited for a good 5 mins..finally a man comes and when we ask if they have the belt we need the guy looks at our old belt and says "whats wrong with this one?" when it's clearly ripped and torn!!! then he says "you can fix this one up" me and my father stood there like "are you kidding me?!?!" and after looking through his book he finds out they are out of stock or whatever... It was very obvious he didn't want our money or anything to do with us...aka RACISM!!!! I'm very disgusted, offended, AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. Never going here again!!
Would not return an item because the package was ripped. Even though an employee helped and gave us the wrong item. Tried returning 10 minutes after purchase. The manager was extremely rude

I took my Cub cadet weed eater information service . That's besides the point anyway . I get a call a week and a half later saying they don't service 4 cycle motors . I'm like ok no problem wrong . I go to pick it up and it was smashed dropped on the floor or mabe ran over by a carless person . I have made two calls sofar to talk to the owner since the store manager doesn't want to deal with me . I was also told it was damaged like that when it was dropped off . No it wasn't no at all . Do not take your business to him anymore . I am do angery RightNow . I might have to take legal action to make things right again .
