I called this florist to ask about having a flower arrangement sent down for a funeral. The gentleman who answered the phone acted like I was bothering him by calling and then told me he couldn't help me with the arrangement I needed. He didn't offer any other suggestions just hung up. BIG NO!
FANTASTIC!! I ordered flowers for my mother-in-laws birthday and even received a picture of her with the flowers upon delivery!!! Now that is what I call customer service! I really appreciated the personal touch. Definitely recommend!
